Dr. Somil K. Chag is a highly accomplished Consultant Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon known for his academic excellence and surgical expertise. He holds a Master of Dental Surgery (MDS) from the prestigious Government Medical/Dental College, Kottayam, Kerala, where he graduated with First Class honors in 2014. Prior to his specialization, he secured a University Rank during his undergraduate studies (BDS) at Gujarat University in 2010.
With a robust background in both clinical practice and academia, Dr. Somil possesses extensive experience in managing complex maxillofacial emergencies and routine dental procedures. He serves as a specialist in Orthognathic Surgery and Maxillofacial Trauma, combining technical precision with patient-centered care.
Dr. Somil recently achieved the prestigious status of Fellow of the Indian Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery (FIBOMS). His academic contributions include three years of teaching experience, including a tenure as a Senior Lecturer at Govt. Dental College, Kottayam. He has multiple national and international publications to his credit and is an active member of the Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons of India (AOMSI) and the Indian Society of Oral Implantologists (ISOI).
